In partnership with the Social Services and Regeneration department of City and County of Swansea, SurfGSD helped organise and arrange a surfing development plan for young people with Autistic spectrum disorders.
We started the course indoors at Swansea's very own indoor wave pool and after three weeks headed to Caswell beach. The group and parents had a fantastic time and praised the coaching staff for their skills.
Unfortunately, The Swansea Evening post left us out of the report but mentioned the LC and Social Services and regeneration department. Never mind, the surfing stoke factor from all involved was well worth it.
