The nice colours of last week have left us for now but we still have waves for surfing lessons at Caswell Bay, Swansea this week and great news all, the QuikPro has just started so if you have access to the internet you can tune in and watch some amazing surfing all week.
Which then leads us nicely up to a massive weekend, the rugby world cup is now entering the meat and veg stages with the first quarter final kicking off at 06.00 a.m on Saturday Wales v Ireland then France V England so even though the weather is pants there is plenty of things to keep you motivated for sure!
Then what next? Well the long range forecast is showing some exciting looking dart boards in the Atlantic for next week so all is good! Happy Surfing...
