Mid week we had a lush ground swell plus offshore winds and sun! Amazing, day for all our customers including a group of young students from Hamburg in Germany.
Below pic is of one of the girls riding her first wave all the way to the beach, and what a beach three miles long and just us on it.
Then the next few days the storm clouds gathered and although the surf was good for the Marlborough college students the sky was grey and menacing pic below shows one of the young lads taking the drop on a green faced wave
Then on Friday even Caswell bay was red flagged so that leads us on today, the surf has dropped and winds still blowing but the outlook is not too bad for the near future have a look through the charts here > Swell Forecast
Rain or shine we will be running our famous juniorsurfing academy at Caswell bay, near Mumbles, we provide winter warmth wetsuits to keep you toasty and it is all part of the price. SurfGSD recently featured on the Visit Wales TV advert is the only surf school allowed to operate with the necessary permission at Caswell bay.
We are Surfing GB approved and City & County of Swansea licensed.
